  • We will get to delve into deep visioning and get our creative juices flowing with some artistic expression. 

  • We will explore qualities and topics associated with Spring in Chinese Medicine, including tips and tools for how to nourish and liberate our Liver and Gall Bladder and Wood element; engaging with stress for greater health and vitality; and ways to gently cleanse and release and replenish in Spring. 

  • We will offer healing prayers for our planet and our world.

In the Creative Nature Journey we will explore:

  • Ritual: In our sacred space we will call in the Spirit of Elder and open the portal to our inner sight, and discover wisdom from our ancestors and guides.

  • Guided Journey: We’ll go on a guided journey into a deep, meditative state, and meet with the spirit of the Elder plant

  • Creativity: Explore the messages of your Spirit guides through fun, intuitive creative process and exploration of physical material, color and texture.
