What: Elder is a sacred tree spirit that allows us to open the gateway of our mind’s eye.
In the Creative Nature Journey we will explore:
Ritual: In our sacred space we will call in the Spirit of Elder and open the portal to our inner sight, and discover wisdom from our ancestors and guides.
Guided Journey: We’ll go on a guided journey into a deep, meditative state, and meet with the spirit of the Elder plant
Creativity: Explore the messages of your Spirit guides through fun, intuitive creative process and exploration of physical material, color and texture.
At the end of this journey you will feel nourished, centered and connected with the love and support you need and have in your life.
